Hey Tofini! Thanks so much for stopping. Those are real strawberries. However, they are frozen. I like to make my smoothies with frozen fruits so I do not have to add ice.
Every morning I drink a smoothie. Two bananas, one apple, one orange, one lemon, 1/2 pear, blueberries, raspberries, yogurt, organic orange juice. Yummy! And SO healthy! It’s been about 4-5 years now that I have not missed one day of this breakfast. 🙂 ❤
Indeed! Amy, I drink smoothies every other day during the summer months. But I really should be drinking them every day. Mangoes and papaya are two of my favorite ingredients.
