This nutritious homemade protein shake is a SLK concoction. It is 90% plant base, packed with fiber and 90% natural. One glass at breakfast keeps you fill until lunchtime.
1) Homemade Almond Milk
2) Ripe Banana
3) Strawberry
4) Raspberry
5) Eggs
6) Cherries
7) Raw Oats
8) Apricot Preserve
Blend ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute
