




Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
- 1/3 cup oil
- One egg
- 1 cup buttermilk (You can make your buttermilk. One cup dairy milk to one tablespoon white vinegar)
- One teaspoon vanilla
- One teaspoon baking soda
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 1/2 cups thinly chopped apples
Cinnamon Sugar Topping:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- One teaspoon cinnamon
- One tablespoon butter, (melted)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
Directions:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- One teaspoon cinnamon
- One tablespoon butter, (melted)
- 1/2 cup walnuts (optional)
- Turn on your oven and allow it to preheat to 325.
- Mix ingredients according to the order given. Stir until just well combined.
- Pour batter into a prepared 9×13 pan. You may sprinkle cinnamon sugar over mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Allow pudding to cool completely.
- Once pudding cools, combine the last 4 ingredients to make the topping and sprinkle/spread it evenly over the batter.
