Preheat oven-350F. Cream butter and sugar. Then beat in egg and vanilla extract. Stir in dry ingredients gradually. Mix well. The dough should be stiff. Fold in white chocolate chips followed by the macadamia nuts. Drop dough on a prepared baking sheet at least two inches apart — Bake cookies for 12-15 minutes. Start testing cookies around the 12-minute mark.
