How I make my plant-based smoothie
This delicious smoothie is hearty, plant-based, vegan, and vegetarian. It is easy to make, and you will enjoy it any time of day.
1 cup fresh strawberries, plus on for garnish
2 tablespoons honey
1 cup almond milk
1 medium-large ripe banana
1/3 cup almond butter
1/3 peanut butter
Place ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Pour smoothie into glasses. Garnish each glass with a whole strawberry.
