





Ingredients:
- Two cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar or brown
- Three eggs
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup buttermilk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Direction:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and grease a 9×13 baking pan.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, buttermilk, and baking soda. Set aside.
- In another bowl, cream eggs and sugar.
- Add vanilla and pineapple Juice.
- Mix well until smooth.
- Combine flour and egg mixtures. Mix until well combine.
- Pour batter in prepared pan and sprinkle with crunchy granola.
- Bake the cake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake, comes out clean.
