Chunky Chocolate Chip Cookies


Ingredient

Two cups all-purpose flour
1¼ tsp salt
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ cup unsalted butter, softened
One cup (packed) dark brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
Two large eggs
One large egg yolks
Two tsp. vanilla extract
6 oz. semisweet chunky chocolate chips

Direction

Place racks in upper third of the oven; preheat to 375°. Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl; set aside.

Place a rack in the upper half of your oven, and preheat to 375°. Whisk flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl; set aside.
Beat brown sugar, butter, and granulated until light and fluffy. Then add eggs, one at a time. Next mix in vanilla extract.
Mix in flour until fully incorporated. Then stir in chunky chocolate chips.
Next, portion out dough with a cookie scoop onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake cookies until golden brown and firm around the edges, about 8-10 minutes. Allow to cool on the baking sheet. Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
