Rolled Oats Banana Bread


Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • One tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • One tsp cinnamon powder
  • 3/4 cup pack brown sugar
  • 1/4 cups of room temp unsalted butter
  • Two eggs at room temp
  • One tsp vanilla or any other spice of your choosing
  • 1/4 Rolled oats

Directions

  • Whisk the flour, salt, baking soda, and the cinnamon together-set aside.
  • Mash three overripe bananas and set aside.
  • Use a stand mixer or a hand mixer and cream the butter.
  • Then add the sugar-beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  • Next, add the eggs, one at a time-beat well.
  • Then add the vanilla.
  • Mix in the mashed bananas.
  • Next, add the flour mixture to the eggs and sugar mixture-fold in the flour gentle.
  • Then fold in the rolled oats. Don’t over mix.
  • Pour the batter into a 9×13 loaf pan.
  • Bake batter at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for between 50 and 60 minutes. Or when a cake tester that you have inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  • Allow loaf to cool before serving
