Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- One tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- One tsp cinnamon powder
- 3/4 cup pack brown sugar
- 1/4 cups of room temp unsalted butter
- Two eggs at room temp
- One tsp vanilla or any other spice of your choosing
- 1/4 Rolled oats
Directions
- Whisk the flour, salt, baking soda, and the cinnamon together-set aside.
- Mash three overripe bananas and set aside.
- Use a stand mixer or a hand mixer and cream the butter.
- Then add the sugar-beat until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Next, add the eggs, one at a time-beat well.
- Then add the vanilla.
- Mix in the mashed bananas.
- Next, add the flour mixture to the eggs and sugar mixture-fold in the flour gentle.
- Then fold in the rolled oats. Don’t over mix.
- Pour the batter into a 9×13 loaf pan.
- Bake batter at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for between 50 and 60 minutes. Or when a cake tester that you have inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
- Allow loaf to cool before serving
