Ingredients
- Two cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp corn starch
- One tsp cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter softened
- Two overripe bananas.
- 1 cup brown sugar
- Two teaspoons of vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips







Directions
- Sift and whisk flour, baking soda, corn starch, and salt in a medium bowl, then set aside.
- Cream butter, bananas, and sugars together-beat until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.
- Beat in vanilla extract until combined.
- Then, stir in the flour mixture-mix until just combined.
- Next, stir in the chocolate chips.
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375F. Prepare two cookie sheets-line them with parchment paper or lightly spray with a cooking spray.
- Use a cookie scoop to drop the cookie dough onto the prepared cookie sheets.
- Depending on your oven, bake cookies for 10-12 minutes or just until they start to turn light, golden brown on top.
- Let cookies cool completely on the cookie sheets.
