Ingredients
- One cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- One tsp baking soda
- One tsp cinnamon powder
- Three eggs
- One cup brown sugar
- One cup granulated sugar
- One cup vegetable oil (melted butter if that’s your choice)
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup of toasted walnuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chip for topping
Directions
Line one 8×8 square baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
Whisk the flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, and cinnamon powder in a large bowl and set aside.
Beat vegetable oil, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a separate large bowl.
Then add eggs one at a time, and mix well.
Next, combine both dry ingredients and wet ingredients, and mix well.
Next, add your desired nuts or chocolate chips.
Then pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle the top with 1/4 of chocolate chips.
Bake batter at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the brownie comes out clean.
Allow brownie to cool before cutting.
Looks fantastic Noel but I like mine without nuts please.
